Blackwater Equestrian Center is now offering residential lots for sale. This is the ONLY property of this kind located within the state park that is available to the public. There are 10 lots available. Each lot includes use of ALL of the facilities located on the property including:

• Full board for two horses per lot (additional horses can be added for additional costs
• Use of lighted arena suitable for lessons, rodeos, roping, barrel racing, shows, etc.
• Property maintenance
• House/pet sitting

• Easy access to horse and hiking trails offered by Blackwater River State Park , as well as Blackwater River and creeks
